Medical and Health Declaration

I, the undersigned participant, hereby declare that:

1. I am physically fit and medically capable of participating in the Damba Marathon 2026.
2. I understand that marathon running is a physically demanding activity that may involve risks including, but not limited to, dehydration, heat exhaustion, falls, collisions, injury, illness, disability, or death.
3. I have consulted a medical professional regarding my participation, or I voluntarily assume responsibility for determining my fitness to participate.
4. I do not suffer from any medical condition that may prevent me from safely participating in the event.
5. I am not aware of any health condition that would place myself, other participants, volunteers, spectators, or event officials at risk during the event.
6. I agree to immediately stop participating and seek medical assistance if I experience any symptoms such as chest pain, dizziness, severe shortness of breath, loss of consciousness, or any other concerning medical condition during the event.

Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

I acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participating in the Damba Marathon 2026.
